Nextions Impact | Supply & Demand in 2022

Some days, the supply of available curse words is insufficient to meet my demands.

I hope/wish/pray that the leaked Supreme Court draft opinion in Dobbs v. Jackson is not the final ruling, but realistically, it is what it is. I usually react to shit like this with a “…not surprising…let’s have a drink and get back to fighting…” response. Yesterday, all I could think was that I am exhausted. There are so many fights on so many fronts and only so much energy and time. I can usually motivate myself by cursing up a storm, but yesterday, my demand for curse words was greater than the supply. If you are reading this and nodding your head, please take the time to take care of yourself. This is a long fight and it’s going to require each of us to be at our fighting best. Take a deep breath. Vent. Curse. Kick something inanimate. Curse some more. Let us know if you need us to schedule some scream sessions or anything else you need. We are stronger than the fight ahead of us as long as we take care of ourselves and each other.
